Hello,

I always resort to TomsHardware when I need an expert advice :"D

Just a quickie;

I have the following components:

Motherboard (DDR2): Acer Veriton M41G
Processor: AMD Athlon (tm)II x2 250 3~ GHz.
Power supply: FSP-300/60 EP Bronze, 300 WATT

I purchased a AFox GeForce G210 1 GB DDR3 and didn't like the performance, suitable for videos only, apparently.

Now I'm considering a Gigabyte GT 1030 OC 2G 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics card.

I'm not a vivid gamer, but I want something for online games like Guilds War 2.

What's your opinion?

Thanks in advance!

You aen't going to see that much improvement with the GT1030. I would suggest the GTX 1050 instead. There are some models that require additional power with a PCIE power cable from the PSU. But there are models that operate off of the PCIE x 16 slot just like the GT1030.
