Hi all,

Can someone please let me know if this graphics card will work with my current setup? I am not the best at this stuff, so I do apologize!

Motherboard: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VII HERO LGA1150 DDR3 M.2 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Intel Z97 ATX Motherboard

Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K 4-Core 4.0GHz

Current Gfx Card: ASUS Radeon HD 7770 DirectX 11 HD7770-2GD5 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Power Supply: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V

Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9

Internal SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E500B/AM)

I'm looking to upgrade my PSU and memory in a bit, but for now upgrading GFX card. Thanks for the help!
 
Yes, the MSI R9 380 Gaming 4G graphics card is compatible with the Asus ROG MAXIMUS VII HERO Z97 motherboard. The graphics card needs a PCIe slot, and the motherboard has PCIe slots.

Thanks. I was entering my stuff on www.pc-specs.com/pc-custom-builder and it wasn't popping up as compatible. When I unfiltered the card came up.
