graphics card confusion

is nvidia gtx650ti good for 3d max maya or should i go for quardro 600.

both are for different needs, so the question really is: what do you like more - games or work?

if work - then go for quadro /because none of the consumer grade cards can beat a professional one/, if games then for the gtx /because you can not game well on the professional cards/...
