Graphics card coolers switch out?

So I'm looking into a card and I see a deal for the card but it has a blower cooler and I've heard that there loud and suck. Is it possible to switch the blower cooler with an after market variant safely like a dual fan??

Its possible, but you have to ensure you get a cooler that is compatible with the card you bought in the first place.
You also need to consider how much money you would then be spending to replace the cooler, and how this would void your warranty.
