Hey guys!

If my Asus Radeon R9 280 fans broke is there any place I could buy new ones or a whole new cooling system instead of buying a new GPU?

Yes - you can buy am aftermarket cooler eg Gelid, Arctic Cooling. I'm not sure if R9 280 is the same as R9 280X PCB wise.
