Graphics card crashes but so many options

Hello. My graphics card is crashing when I'm playing minecraft (lol) it could be overheating or a system issue...
Since I upgraded my win8 to win10 my graphics card started crashing.
But also my graphics card is 31/33 degrees most of the time.
An example:
When I'm running minecraft and using 3 Google Chromes, cmd, notepad and hwmonitors my graphics card starts crashing
It can be the upgrade issue but also overheating because I am running to many programs?

Likely it's just the driver. Try uninstalling the driver with Display Driver Uninstaller and then download the latest driver from AMD or Nvidia. What graphics card and PSU do you have?

And sorry but what's a PSU?

You don't have a dedicated graphics card. The HD 4600 graphics are built into your processor and display through the ports on you're motherboard. This is known as integrated graphics.

Your graphics are built into the CPU. If you've tried reinstalling the driver and that didn't work, I suggest borrowing another power supply and see if the problem is still present.
