Graphics card crashing

Hello there, new to the forums and i see a lot of tech related questions here and thought i would post mine. About 6 months ago i purchased a 2gb asus radeon hd 7770. When i got it everything worked fine, about a week ago i was playing a semi-intense, game and the graphics card crashed. Atleast i think it "crashed" lines appeared on my screens and the sounds we're distorted. The only way to get it out of this lockup was to restart the computer. I examined the card and found it to be quite hot, so i went into asus gpu tweak and maxed out the fan and lowered voltage and the clock frequency to stabilize the card and hadn't had any issues with it the other day. It crashed with a lower clock freq, as well as a maxed out fan. I've tested the cpu with prime95, ram with memtest86, and i went to test the gpu with furmark (know i will get hate for this). The gpu ran fine for the first 10 minutes under full load at around 52 degrees celcius. So i stopped the test, and put the card back to stock speeds, and voltage and started the test. The test lasted for around 30 seconds, the card got around 60 degrees celcius then crashed (the vertical lines appeared). So is this a RMA situation? Currently the card idle's at around 32 degrees celcius, here is a picture of the stock speeds, and the speeds i have it set to. Any feedback is welcome, thank you.

Tried the 2d game to no avail, ended up swapping it out with my old geforce until i can get the RMA, i appreciate the quick response.
