Graphics Card Cutting Out when HDMI cable is touched

My AMD R9 280x has had an issue where, if I wiggle the HDMI cable that leads out of it, my display goes black for a split second. I can touch it so slightly and it'll freeze. I'm trying a new cable. If it happens again, what can I do?

It's 99.(9)% the cable. Get a decent one and you are set. Though i must say that for 1080p 60Hz i very much prefer DVI as you can screw those in.
