Graphics Card Dilemma

After the onslaught of new cards from both AMD and NVIDIA, the prices for old (but still great GPU's) have gone haywire. I'm in the market for a new graphics card, and I would like some advice on what would be a good choice. Now one thing to consider is that I am currently in Year 11, so my gaming time is becoming vary sparse. Because of this I am thinking of spending less on a graphics card (but would still like good performance), and I will also purchase an SSD, a bigger HDD etc. My overall budget is $800 AU, and I would like to put $500 (preferably less) towards the graphics card. I have been doing my research and have come up with quite a few options. The links are as follows:

R9 Fury -

GTX 1060 -

RX 480 -

Those seem to be my main choices at the moment. Now the prices for the 980's in australia are still around the 600-650$ mark, and the prices for the 970 around $470. But I have also found an interesting second hand option, a GTX Titan (the original) for around $250. It's very hard to find performance reviews of the Titan, but from what I've heard it's around the price of a 970.

I game on a 1080p 60HZ panel and have a Xeon 1231, so nothing else is really a bottleneck, all I need now is the GPU.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Solution
I know the pain of trying to get a reasonable priced gpu in Aus.
If you don't mind waiting a week or so for the part to arrive, you can get better prices from new egg.
Personally I would go rx480 or a fury, but admit, I'm a bit one eyed.
Try and get the best card you can, maybe you could maybe squeeze in a gtx 1070, have heard nothing but great things about that gpu.
