[SOLVED] Graphics card doesn’t fit in PCIEX16 slot.

Hey, I am doing a new build and my graphics card isn’t going into the pciex16 slot but fits into the pciex4.

Motherboard - Z390 UD
Graphics card - RX 570.
Case - Corsair 275R airflow

I'm lost. An actual pci x4 slot is 2 times smaller then a x16 slot unless the plastic guide is the same missing pins. If it doesn't fit into the top metal reinforced slot on that mobo something is wrong with the slot.
