So, the problem is that the pc turns on, boots to windows logo then black screen. This happen when i try to install drivers then restart. If i boot with vga standard adapter it works just fine. Also the cards fans are working and the graphics card used to run just fine like a week ago. He had this card for like a year and didn't had any issues till now. I saw a post that should i heat the oven to 300 °C then put the card in there, let it sit for 10 minutes and see if i destroyed it or fixed it, normally that i wont do that, its too risky. Hope its not a faulty card cause its not my pc, its my cousin pc and he wont like it when i will tell him that the card just doesn't work. Also the card is a Gibabyte Geforce GTX 760 OC WindForce 3X 2GB DDR5 256-bit. First thing i saw is that the card would crash when i was playing games and the problem gone away after some time but then this started. Any help?

Don't put your graphics card in any ovens, no matter what people tell you about that. It will render any home oven that you use for cooking food unusable as the process releases toxins.

Have you done any overclocking on the GPU or CPU? If so, I advise you temporarily disable any overclock you have enabled. What you described seems like an issue with either the GPU or power supply. Could you please post full specs of the machine?

Well the whole specs are:
CPU: intel core i5 4570 3.20 ghz
GPU: Geforce Gtx 760 3x windforce 2gb 256-bit DDR5
Ram: 4gb ram (only 1 ram stick)

And yes i did a bit of overclocking to gpu with msi afterburner ( a quick test to gta 5, then i saw that fps doesnt increase that much so i got the settings back to default) and it was like 3 months ago but no overclock on cpu. Ok you say that the oven release toxins with the card in it but why does everybody do it and most of the time it makes the card work again. Hope i can fix the card with something simple!

As for the oven method, people do it with spare ovens. This is something that isn't exactly safe and you'll need some other equipment for it like fire resistant gloves, etc. It's not worth to do that on a 760 as you can replace it for cheaper by getting a new graphics card for cheaper even if it is broken.

Ok but something i can try before i give my money to my cousin to buy a new card?

I seriously can't recommend doing it unless if you have a spare oven laying around that you're willing to sacrifice, someone else to help you, fire resistant gloves, and fume masks.

It's not even guaranteed to work because this method relies on the assumption that the malfunction of the graphics card is due to a break in the solder somewhere. All heating does is melt it again and gives it the chance of returning to something close enough to its original state.

If you have a can of compressed air, then I would recommend taking out the graphics card and dusting off its heatsink. Just be careful with it.
