Graphics Card Driver Issues on Freshly Built PC

Hello,
I recently built a new PC (just yesterday, actually.) However, I ran into some issues regarding Windows 10 and graphics drivers.

Basically, I know for a fact there is something going on with my graphics card. Every time I or Windows tried to install my Graphics Card Driver on a fresh install of Windows 10, the computer would crash. Exception being when installed in Safe Mode, but as soon as I get out of Safe Mode, bam, crash.

System specs:

AMD Ryzen 2600x
NVIDIA Gefore GTX 1070 TI
MSI X470 Gaming
16gb Corsair Vengeance 3000MHZ DDR4
750w 80+ EVGA PSU

I'm going to be so distraught if I just built a fancy $1300 brick that only works on integrated graphics. Please, if anyone has any ideas, I'd love some help. Thank you.

Update: I've discovered that I can boot into safe mode and work there via repair options in ISO USB stick. Uninstalling and installing graphics drivers works fine there, but as soon as I go into normal windows 10 (sometimes even without the graphics driver installed) it crashes anyways.
