Okay, the problem is related to my graphics card. When ever I install any driver, it doesn't matter what year, it causes my PC to crash after restarting after installing and it can do a restart loop. It all works fine when no driver is installed. There have been 3 occasions when I was able to watch videos on YouTube, play a game and watch a did with the drivers installed but they only lasted a few hours on each occasion, before the image on the screen would distort or show lines before the computer would crash and restart.

My PC specs are :
AMD 8320 8 Core 3.5GHz CPU
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 motherboard
4GB of RAM
MSI Radeon R9 270x GPU
Corsair H80i All-in-one watercooler (push pull configuration)
Ambiance 80+ 700w PSU

all inside a Corsair 350D mATX case

11.90 may not seem like much to you, but to your GPU thats a massive drop. It will get worse, so I would recommend getting a new one, PSU rails get stretched thin over time. The point in which the power supply is considered significantly unstable is hitting below 11.7v.

Sorry it has taken so long to reply. The whole PC is second hand. I have been able to test the temp and volts now, it isn't as bad as it has been before. The 12V stays around that, sometimes dipping below to 11.90 but not below that at all. And the temperatures are in the 30 - 40 degrees range.

At the moment i have been able to stay on for more than 10 minutes with only one hiccup when the drivers crashed and were then recovered automatically.
