Graphics card Error 43 on ENGTX 560 DC/2DI/1GD5

could someone help me please i have the graphics card in and it can run and it says it works perfectly but when i install drivers i get error 43 in device manager whats the problem

Are you installing the drivers provided by your manufacturer's installation CD or site? Can you try putting in your friend's graphic card and than try installing the driver?
