Question graphics card error rtx 2060

does that weird pixel thing mean my gpu is dying or what cos i dnt understand why its happening, my gpu temps are in the 30's celsius its a 6gb card, im running windows 10 64bit and have 32 gb of ddr4 ram cpu is a ryzen 7 3800x

Do you see the same sort of artifacting when in the game(not the loading screen)? As for the GPU in general, do you see the Display Adapter flagged with a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager? With a Code 43? Were you working with a GPU prior to the RTX2060 at some point before this issue?

sometimes happens outside the load screen yes and no to the device manager part
