Graphics card Failing or game?

I'm trying to find out if this is a Graphics Card error or Game error

Specs:
AMD 3.2ghz quad
8gb Ram
9800GT ?512mb?

Why don't you try playing another game and see?

looking at the video, I think its the graphics card. maybe it's overheating?

You could try reinstalling the game to make sure its not the game

Looks like a texture glitch. Could be a GPU memory module is failing.

Looks GPU related, I would make sure your case is clean and check temperatures on the card. If you have it over clocked try bringing it down some and see if it doesn't fix the issue. As always make sure you have the latest drivers installed, that is a slightly older card though and may be reaching the end of it's life.
