Graphics card failuire

So i have an AMD Radeon rx460 windforce and when i tried to exit Fortnite my pc shut down instantly and when i tried to run the pc again graphics card is not working, the fans aren't working but the rest of the pc is still working fine. Can you help me ? And I have just a connector, that in the motherboard.

the gpu is well seated in the board slot and power cable from psu are in then if you could try another gpu in the system for test .
