Graphics Card Failure Is it/What can I do?

Computer starts up...goes through Boot Routine...all of a sudden..Black Screen...no video output...Graphics Card (Gigabyte R390X) Fans go into overdrive while this happens (sounds like a jet plane taking off)
I've taken the Graphics Card out...connected to the Integrated Graphics with a VGA cable...and its working well enough to be here...asking for help!
So it obviously IS the GPU that's the problem...
Question is...is there anything I can do other than replace it?

check if your os have the latest update then retry gpu in .
