Graphics card fan running crazy and no signal on monitor.

Sometimes when I boot my computer I get "no signal" on monitor and the graphics card fan is running crazy. Then sometimes it starts as usual without problems.
Ive had the computer for more than 2 years with no problems.

Mobo: MK Asus P8Z77-V
Gfx: EVGA Geforce GTX 670
PSU: Corsair TX750M - 750w
Processor: Intel i5 3570k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB

1: Air blow and clean your system from dust.
2: unplug and replug wires.
3: Update or reinstall drivers
4: if problem persists , try using same Graphic card in other build of a friend and see if problem continues or not. Look for warranty claim or repair if issue persists and annoys
