I just got a used R9 270X and I had it in my rig for almost a week and it was running a lot better than my 7790. Then I tried installing a 212 Evo which took almost two hours of fidgeting to get it in right. I ended up taking apart and putting my system back together to get it on. But when I did do that the GPU fan will spin but there's no display. I've tried all outputs and using only one stick of ram and it won't show up. I put the GPU on a leather couch while I was taking apart the PC on my wood desk but I don't think either have much static electricity. I don't have another rig to test my GPU in too. Could it be a short circuit or something?
