Graphics Card fan stopped working

Hello dear mates,
my Radeon R9 Vapor-x OC 280x 3GB Graphics Card one of the fans stopped working, back after like 10 min to spine.. but seems lower.
he has lot of dust, hard to clean, was for bitcoin before got it.

Specs:
Graphics Card- Radeon R9 Vapor-x OC 280X 3GB
Core- Intel Core i5 2400 3.1Ghz
Memory- 2x8GB DDR3 1333Mhz G. Skill Ares
Power supply- SeaSonic 600W PFC 80+ 12cm Fan
Case- Sharkoon T5 Value Black ATX
Screen Resolution- 1920X1080

I know will get Bottle neck but not sure what most true to get, and worth by the price (in website).

I want get new one from KSP -> from the website list below, which one most recommended ?

heared MSI Radeon RX 480 8GB GAMING X is good, or maybe Sapphire or Nvidia ?

+ What the different between 2x 8 pin and 1x 8 pin ? less voltage less heat ?
+ Before installing new Graphics Card, need remove all Drivers ?

Use DDU to uninstall the old drivers before installing the new one.

What the extra pins mean are it requires more actual wattage of power, so yes more power. It might be less volts or more volts, but volts is not the only deciding factor when counting electricity.

More power will indeed create more heat. You'll want a decent case that can vent the air out. Yours should suffice.

If I was you I would get a GTX 1060 instead. It performs slightly better, and Nvidia and Intel are more cooperative in general. Your Power supply will do more than is required by the card. Also, the GTX 1060 is a little cheaper.

do you mean GTX 1060 with 2 fans of 3GB or only 1 fan for 6GB ?

if you know from the list, want Graphics Card that have good cooling and heat the less with good performance on games.

The manufacturer make differents? like from Asus, Gigabytes, MSI or Sapphire ?

like if AMD less heat voltage from NVIDIA maybe worth too, if not so NVIDIA card seems better use.

can up to 2 fans (like current Vapor-x OC 3GB card) 3 fans too big, 1 can be nice too if worth the price.

1 fan cards are usually reference based. Some are just small cards that aren't. Two fans would be optimal. Three fans for a 1060 is overkill.

alright will go with 2 fans.
can you help me decide which card to get? GTX 1060 from site pretty higher price.
480 has lower price by -40, current pc only had Graphics Card of Radeon card, may change to Nvidia now.. wish to know ^^

there are some kinds of variations there... Gigabytes, MSI ..
OC WINDFORCE, OC ARMOR and G1 GAMING...

otherwise the price just getting higer.. want something good for the games of the years that capable with the pc.
game for exemple: Rainbow Six Siege, for good fps.
