Graphics card fan turns off after booting up

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Ram:16.0GB Dual channel DDR3 669 MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology
Graphics card: msi gtx 970
When i turn my computer on the fan on my GTX MSI runs fast and you can hear it but after like 4 secs of the booting it stop spinning how do i fix it so it keep spinning?

I thought some of these cards done spin untill a certain temp, Otherwise download EVGA persison and manually change it

The fans turn off unless they reach 60c - this is a feature of this card. They don't need to be running unless under load on this card. Here is a Toms forum link discussing this very same question:
