Graphics Card Fan

After cleaning out my computer, I noticed that my Graphics card fan does not work. The fan won't spin and my computer overheats then the screen goes black, because of the overheating. On google, the temperatures would reach to 100 degrees and would crash. Is there any way I could fix this without having to buy a new graphics card?

have u checked visually for any kind of discrepancy???
broken soldering/connection/wire...or maybe some kind of obstruction...

Turns out that there was too much dust buildup and i had to manually take the fan out to clean it. Thank you for the reply though
