Graphics card [fans] do not spin!!

He guys, I have a problem. I bought a Nvidia GeForce Gtx 1050 ti Asus Strix 4gb autoextreme technology. And the 2 fans do not spin. I don't know why but they just don't move. And also when I'm playing my game that it's Rome II total war, the game says that my graphics card have 3024mb instead of 4gb!! Do you think something is wrong??? Also where can I change the colors of led.its aura sync.

It is completely normal fans don't spin... They'll start when the card gets heated enough. As for Rome report, no clue, you can verify your card with gpu-z tool, alternatively run some stress tests with that, but if you don't meet any functionality issues with the card, I'd bet it on software issue in Rome.

These two are likely the most famous ones... Bear in mind though you can do much more with those tools than alter fan curve. Like increasing voltage. So be careful.
