Graphics card fans not spinning.

need help. I recently bought a gigabyte geforce gt 430 oc and not until yesterday did i realise that the fans were not spinning. im not sure if they even span to begin with. as a result the gpu reaches 105 degrees in furmark before shutting off.
here are my specs
intel pentium dual core e2140 1.6gh ocd to 2.2ghz
hp 945gct hm flashed to ecs 945gct-m bios for overclocking
2x1gb of ddr2 667mhz
bestec 300w psu 19amps 12v rail.

please help, any response appreciated.

if there is a fan connector running from the fan to the card itself , wiggle it a little and hope it makes contact , if i does not work, try to rma it , it could maybe be a driver issue , so update those aswell

Definitely if there is a fault in your card RMA it asap. Your psu looks like something that came with the case.. Those are horrible and can damage your computer let alone they are hardly ever near the rated power. more like 190 WATT's. junk it and get a real psu of about 450 to 500. Even if its more then you need a little head room of not running your psu at max plus power all the time will make it last A LOT longer.
