graphics card fans spinning but no signal om monitor

Hello,

So i bought a new motherboard because my old motherboard is broken , i replace all of my things except my gpu and processor , when i tested my gpu the fans spinning but no signal on monitor , my pci-e slot is ok but i dont know about the pcie cable
I looked in the bios but could not find the option

My System Specs:
Amd Phenom II x4 955 processor
MSI Radeon HD 7750 1GB
4gb ram
Ecs A785GM-AD3 (v.1.0)

That ECS board has built in graphics. You will probably need to use that one to enter the bios and disable it or set the PCIE card as the primary adapter.
