So basically last night I was playing Fortnite and my pc just randomly crashed on me. I didn't know why and it was late so I just went to bed. I get home from school today and now my PC won't boot. Everything is fine, no error LEDs, everywire was in place because it worked the night before. The thing is this same problem happened before but a little after my PC would just boot up again. I knew it was because my PSU was upside down because I got a new case and didn't realize it had to be upside-down, so I went and flipped it back over. Now the GPU fans twitch, but still no error LEDs. I reseated all cables again and am using 1 ram stick. My GPU fans no twitch every 6 seconds weirdly, but I can't find anything online about that. My KBM aren't lighting up also, but my headset is weirdly. I believe it is a power issue but want to know for sure before I buy a new PSU. Thanks!
Video here showing me power on my PC and the cables seated.

GTX 1070 SC

Solution
The power supply is suspect, but devices plugged in to it (especially USB which draws power...versus HUBs with external power) are suspect. Disconnect everything you can...keep in mind USB is hot plug and can be added later on...and try again. Either the power supply is faulty, or the power supply is detecting a fault and won't start...switching power supplies are not stable with no load, and there is a brief time before it powers up in which it waits for detecting stable power. Anything which prevents this from being stable (too little or too much load) will cause it to shut down after that brief moment should it not stabilize.

You might look for a power supply tester, e.g., Newegg sells several models in the $20 to $30 range.

how would it make sense that once I eliminate the possibility its my GPU it would still be my GPU thats the issue, and my mobo's integreated graphics dont work

I just bought a new power supply, I needed a new one anyways. Thanks for the suggestion.
