Graphics Card for $200 Dollars

I want to get a new graphics card for around $200 dollars. I was planning to get a gtx 970 but i wanted to know if i could get a better deal?

Unless you're looking at used graphic cards, you're not going to get a GTX 970 for $200.

thanks for the help. i think im gonna get the new gtx 1060 but if there is a graphics card for $200 dollars that is better and i don't care if it is used then please tell me. thanks for the help.
