Graphics card for 65inch HDTV 240hz 1080p

I am looking to build a pc to connect with my samsung 65inch 1080p 240hz TV, can you guys please tell me what I should look for in a graphics card so it can run 1080p 240hz through HDMI.
Can you guys please give me some examples of graphics cards also. I'm looking to spend less than $100 on the graphics card. Thank you for your help in advance.

Will this card [ EVGA 02G-P3-2619-KR GeForce GT 610 2GB 64-bit DDR3 ] work good with 1080P 240hz 65inch tv? I'm looking to watch HD movies on it. I won't be playing any games. Will there be any lags or anything like that. Thank you.

Yeah it would. In fact, The Intel iGPU should work out fine as well. What CPU are you using ?
