Ye Sorry abt the incomplete info, its a Cooler master rs 500 pcar A3
Its details are so

+3.3@22A , +5@25A , +12V(1)@18A , +12V(2)@18A , -12V@0.5A , +5Vsb@2.5A

I plan to run the below setup on it

ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 2GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1155 Core i5 3570K Processor
Gigabyte GA-Z77MX-D3H Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)

But im not sure of the shortfalls and how much it strain the PSU

any alternative suggestion would help

awesome,
I actually do have the PSU , its been stowed away for 2 yrs or so, its outdated I guess ,that's why the Amps are low in comparison to the ones out now,

how high can I go on the GFX card, without burning out the PSU,? I guess ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 2GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card is good but wanna go a better one from NVidia if possible.

The 660 is fine, I'd assume that a 760 would be too if you're not going to be overclocking, cutting it closer than I'd like but it'd should be fine (fingers crossed though)

I had a similar coolermaster PSU (two 18A 12v rails with a total output of 26A) which powered my E8500 and GTX 260

Check the total output of the +12v rails (in watts) and have a look at this, it's a system under load while running Crysis 3

Being old isn't the issue, it's just not a good quality psu.
i agree , i did some research and it really sucks , i bought it along with the case when i didn't have a set of requirements and the guy probably didn't think i would need anything better coz i gave up on the system it ran coz of issues on the motherboard and lack of support here in india.
