I have Asus H97M-E Motherboard. Will GTX 1050 4GB GDDR5 support my motherboard?

Yes it will work your Motherboard has the New UEFI bios and PCI-E Slot which is what needed for the 10xx series of GPU go for it Happy Gaming

Dont know about UEFI bios.
But have a pci-e connection.
So if i buy it, it wont give me any problem in games right? ( as my motherboard is old )

As mentioned before, you can use any PCIe x16 graphics cards on your H97-chipset motherboard.

You can use the likes of a GTX 1050 2GB, a GTX 1050 Ti (4GB), a GTX 1060 3GB, a GTX 1060 6GB, a GTX 1070 8GB, a GTX 1080 8GB, a GTX 1080 Ti (11GB), etc.

I would be more concerned with 1) spatial clearance of your case the length of the graphics card will not interfere any chassis parts, and 2) power supply you are using if it has enough wattage and ample connectors; rather than your concern about motherboard-graphics card compatibility.

A good 350 watt PSU will work but 400W is recommended
