These are older cards, should do fine with your config. But like I said before you will surely need at least 4GB RAM to play any of the games mentioned by you at reasonable frames.

If youre gonna play those games on high graphics settings youll want a quad core CPU and more ram.
Id recommend an AMD gpu if youre on a budget and want to play those games.

Though please actually see how much room your case has and how big the card is to see if it will even fit.

This isnt supposed to be mean but like any GPU you buy for Pcie that is at least 100 dollars is not gonna bottleneck 2 gigs of ram and a dual core.

I'm suggesting the following after reading your words, "I just want to know what's best for my rig."

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R7 260X 2GB Video Card ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $89.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

It's a steal deal at this price point.

Note:

The games you've mentioned above are some what demanding and would give you better playable frame rates if you upgrade from 2GB to 4GB RAM.

Cheers!

I should have mention this but, I don't care about the quality of the graphics. I just want to know what graphics card was good for my cpu. I was thinking about a geforce gt 220 or 230.
Also, is my power supply powerful enough for graphics cards?

There is only negligible performance difference between GT 220 and GT 230. Obviously, the GT 230 takes a slight lead in performance. And yes your PSU can handle either of these cards with ease.

Cheers!

Ultra X Finity 500W PSU has a maxput of 40.5Amps on its combined +12V rail.

The Radeon HD 3850 is better than GT 230.
HD 3850 requires 28Amps on a +12V rail.

This PSU is more than enough to power up your entire rig.

Cheers!
