I primarily play League of Legends and I know it runs on nothing, but if I wanted to play Tomb Raider or some newer games with 60FPS on 1080p, what graphics card should I get? I don't want to overspend on a graphics card too strong for my purposes, so what are your suggestions? Should I get a blower style card for the small case? I am building a small computer next week and I have all the parts listed. Thanks!

For casual gaming you can get 750ti or R7 270X but if you want 1080p gaming with ultra settings you should look at GTX-760
