Graphics card for Dota 2

Hi Folks ,

Which graphics card should I purchase for playing dota2 on a 1920*1080 resolution monitor.
My system details are :-
1.Asus Z170 Pro Gaming 64 GB motherboard
2.Intel i5 6600K 3.5 GHz
3.G.Skill Ripjaws 2133 MHz 8 GB Ram (15-15-15-35)
4.Corsair RM550 80 Plus Gold certified PSU(Fully Modular)
5.Corsair Carbide series 300R Windowed Compact Gaming Case
6.BenQ RL 2455HM Gaming Monitor

My Budget is around 15K INR that equivalent to 220$ however with custom duties and taxes It will be around 190$.

well, all you need is a R9 270, but with such a great rest of the computer I would get a R9 280. or if possible a R9 280X.

My only concern is that whether I need to get a new PSU for that because I am not sure if these GPUs are power hungry.I recently build up my system so I am not sure if they will refund me for a higher rated PSU.Else I will stay with your suggestion on R9 270.Also is it possible to go for R9 380 as value/price compared to R9 280/280X is better but I am not sure if my PSU can handle it.Could you also suggest me on going for Asus STrix-GTX960-DC20C-2GD5- Graphic card as this is available within 16K at a local store.

that will run it just fine, and with a 960 you only need 450 watts or so.

So which graphics card would you recommend R9 270x or GTX 960 ?Both are coming at the same price about 16k.

Frankly just get the 960, it uses less power and performs the same if not better.
