Hi hope you can help.

I have one of these;

I would like to fit a graphics card into it so I can play game like Witcher 3 or Total war Warhammer on sensible settings on 1680x 1050,
Would prefer to spend around £150 but could stretch to £200 if needed. Rather worried about the supplied power supply (180w) so may have to replace that too.

Thanks

As long as the HP PC uses a ATX PSU and doesn't have proprietary connections to the motherboard, you can swap it out with any size you want.
Think it's the 180. Wonder if I could replace the psu with another one?

Been doing a bit of looking around and it seems to be an atx one. Presume I should be looking for about 400w.

In case anyone else is thinking of doing the same. An ATX power supply fits in ok, I used a corsair 600w. A friend has lent me a gtx 650 graphics card to get me going, fits in with room to spare. Only issue was enabling legacy support in the bios as the computer initially stated beeping at me. Oh and needing to pick up an adapter to the small power socket on the cd drive. The mother board looks rather cheap with much less heatsinks and slots than most boards for sale. On the plus side its a fairly nippy computer for a cost not far off the price of the processor and windows when purchased separately.

I am looking to do the same as you - but a few weeks later on. Can you clarify what you mean by enabling legacy support ? I am getting 3 long / 3 short beeps - been through all the bios settings and can't find anything that obviously relates to "legacy support". But I could be being blind !
