Graphics card for light gaming

What will be best graphics card for these uses :
Every game currently out at 35-40fps on low med settings
Mat lab
Video calling (rare), if it utilize gpu
Any advice would be appreciated
Btw, I am planning to get an fx 8350 with 8gb ram

HD 7770 comes no where around the card mentioned its a low end outdated GPU and performance wise close to R7 260 at the same price you can get the R7 260x (In USA) which would be a better card than HD 7770.

Go for an Nvidia GTX 650. The average price is around $90. I use a GTX 650 Ti, and can run a lot of high end games. The cards that Lawlux is recommending are overkill for what you're looking for, heck, the GTX 650 is probably overkill, but it's much cheaper than $150.
