May be Nvidia gt 610 will run on your motherboard i.e Intel Desktop Board DH61BF. Since your motherboard supports pci express x16 revision 3.0 then I would suggest to use a graphics card which support pci express x16 revision 3.0. And also, if you are planning to game with Nvidia gt 610 you should think otherwise since gt 610 is very weak graphics card for gaming. You can get atleast Radeon R7 250 or Nvidia gt 740 to play with med settings on 720P res which I presume you only have a 720P res supporting monitor by seeing the rest of your system's specs
