Hi guys,

Just need some recommendation with the best graphics card that I can upgrade with my motherboard PEGATRON IPMSB-H61 (Socket 1155). Was looking forward for an upgrade of gpu but I'm just worried this might have some issues if I go for a higher Gpu.
Also, lets say if i get a GTX 1070, can it maximize the function or feature of the card with this motherboard?

Thanks in advance for the assistance guys

If you shut off your computer and open the case, you should be able to see a label on the power supply. It'll have the manufacturer, model number, and a number like "300W" on it. Your CPU is decent still, but I'd pair it with an RX 470 at most, pending information on how good a power supply you have.
Well, what CPU do you have in there, what GPU do you have now, and what power supply do you have? This is all absolutely necessary information.

Without knowing, HP only lists two low-end CPUs as compatible and both would cause severe bottlenecking with a GTX 1070. And if this is an OEM PC that you haven't upgraded before, you'll need a new power supply as well with a 1070 (and probably for any GPU upgrade, realistically).

I currently do have an i5-2500 and a GPU of GT 730. not sure about the power supply though, is there a software that can help me check for the power supply?

Yup, the only way to find out the PSU is to open up the PC and look at the side. Knowing the amps available on the +12V rail (plus the manufacturer, because quality is extremely important) is crucial to whether or not you need a new one to upgrade the GPU.
