I'm looking for a graphics card that will be able to play World of Warcraft, Portal, and Portal 2 at max quality at 1280x1024 or 1650x1080, or around there.

Can anyone help?

WOW is a 7 year-old game that can be run by pretty much any graphics card.
Portal is a 4 year-old game that is based off of the source engine, a 7 year-old engine.
Portal 2 is a new game based off, albeit a slightly modified, 7 year-old engine.

You could play all of those.. probably at the same time, at 1680x1050 with a 125$ GTX 460.

Beyond that, I would get the HD 6950 for 250$, as it's twice as powerful and well worth it.

And if you do have the GTX 295, it would be about as powerful as the HD 6950.
Your member config states you have a EVGA GTX 295 Co-Op Edition. Or is that not correct? That should work well with those games.

From what I understand WOW likes Nvidia cards. Portal isn't very demanding, and I wouldn't suspect Portal 2 would be either. What is your budget, what are your power supply specs?
