Graphics Card Glitches Nvidia

Hey guys,
I recently upgraded my PC from a GTX 1060 to a GTX 1080 Gigabyte. I reinstalled Windows 10 and installed the latest Nvidia Drivers, The whole PC really laggs and I get 9 fps in Games. I later installed older versions 385.12 and others. These fixed the Windows lagg problem but then my when I watch any kind of Video on any Browser it glitches really hard. Any Ideas?

Ryzen 5 2600x CPU
Asus B350-F Motherboard
Gigabyte GTX 1080
SAMSUNG Evo 970 500gb M.2 SSD
WD Blue 1tb SSD
Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz 16gb (2x 8gb)
EVGA Supernova 750watt
Coolermaster vertical GPU Bracket.

Hey not quite sure about the question but I have Nvidia driver version 385.12 currently because it lags the least of all.
Or does my SSD require drivers also?
(I just installed drivers off Samsungs website, the same problems still)

I'm not going to pretend that I'm not embarrassed, but plugging it out and back in again fixed the problem. Sorry guys
