Graphics Card - GTX 780 Ti or other?

Hi guys,

I am soon about to build a new pc, and i have chosen the GTX 780 Ti for my graphics card. The plan is to choose this graphics card and eventually sli when it no longer provides ideal framerates/when i win the lottery. Do you think this is worthwhile or is it better to get maybe a more powerful card now (if there is one) or should i go for a GTX 780 Sli straight away?

Hi there,

I owned the 780 ti for a few months early this year and couldn't find a single game that wouldn't play flawlessly on max settings during that period. Assuming that the 780 SLI gives a boost over the ti, I really don't see a reason to go the 780 SLI route other than if you're gaming in 4k.
