Hello, can a h61m-p20 (g3) handle a GTX 950/950Ti? if yes, can you say a CPU for h61m-p20 (g3)?

Yes but there is no such thing as a GTX 950 Ti. Find out if your power supply is capable.

A good CPU for H61 mobo and GTX 950 is i5-2500.
