Question Graphics Card has Ceased Sending Signal and VGA Light On

Hey folks! I have a weird issue here I'm looking for help with. I've been helping my older sister set up a new PC, and we have a problem with the graphics card. After we first put it together, she turned it on and saw a signal, asking her to press a key to enter the UEFI. However, she didn't have the keyboard at the time, and so she turned it off. When she came back with a keyboard later, however, the VGA light was on and the monitor was no longer receiving signal. I'm not sure what could have caused this.
Specs:
ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 V2 OC Graphics Card
ASUS RYZEN B650 Gaming X AX Gigabyte Gaming Motherboard
Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Let me know if any more information is needed.

Troubleshooting done so far:
Checked connections to power supply
Removed and reseated GPU
Dusted out GPU slot on motherboard

did you check for lose connections?
did you reseat the GPU to see if that helps?
