graphics card hdmi messing up

so i stared having problems on my hdmi tv sorta artifacting but not on my dvi im still trying to fix it even tho this graphics card does have some bad ram since i had to underclock it to get it working but no money for anything new and this was a free upgrade its the radeon hd 7777 ghz edition it didnt do it from the start till now but ill keep you updated if i find out whats cousing the problem

and i found out whats wrong my graphics card driver thought it was a good time to update and there is something wrong with 17.7 driver im back on 14 and it works perfectly again
