As a rule, dual fan setups are more effective/quiet, so the ASUS is better in that regard. It also is a tiny bit faster than the EVGA. What I don't like about the ASUS is that it's too close to the price of the GTX 660 for it to be a good value GTX 750 Ti, and the GTX 660 destroys the 750 Ti.

I wouldn't recommend either, personally. I would probably go with the PNY: http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=94972&vpn=VCGGTX750T2XPB%2DOC&manufacture=PNY%20Technologies%20Inc&promoid=1230. (It's clocked higher and would be faster than the ASUS, plus it's the price of the EVGA card.) or I would spend a tiny bit more and get the GTX 660. Though if you have a weak power supply, the GTX 660 might be too much for it, so the...

Can you link the exact models you're thinking of? Manufacturers often release several variants of each GPU, so it's hard to tell which it is you're talking about.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents.
