I don't think I actually know of any reasonable cards that can match your performance critaria and power efficiency/maximum. And any in that power consumption are far too weak. I am truly sorry, but I think it's time to salvage what you can from that machine and start planning on getting something a bit newer that will be much more powerful..

You need to be more specific about the rest of your specs, what is your cpu?

Although I doubt you'll get a card for that price that will handle BF4 for that frame rate and setting, secondly, no card that can handle that would be power efficient enough to be able to work with that power supply, if it is a low end computer, it's probably got terrible efficiency rating. Best to save up and get a new machine from scratch.

Also AMD bought out ATI and it's now AMD radeon not ATI radeon now. Just a heads up 😛

I got an Dual core e7400 rated at 2.8.I can upgrade that though.
I have 4gb of RAM and win 7 64-bit
Also,i can upgrade my PSU if needed.
And dang,i didnt know that AMD bought out Ati.
Well, please try to give some suggestions for the highest quality card i can get right now.
