I have a
Zoostorm
i5-2320 CPU GHz @3.00/3.30
8GB Ram
64bit operating system
Nvidia GeForce GT520
350w ps (I think)

At the moment my gaming graphics is very bad, I struggle to play some games at even the lowest settings, if I upgrade my graphics card, will it 100% improve my graphics? Also, please could you recommend graphic cards with a budget of £180.
I'd like to add that I'm hoping to run games at a medium setting with smooth gameplay.
Thanks!

Yes, your current graphics is very weak. However, most gaming graphics cards will require that you upgrade your PSU as well.

Luckily, the one that won't is GeForce 750Ti. And this is the one I recommend.
For the reasons mentioned above which you apparently didn't even bother to read. If you don't want to upgrade your PSU, this card is the only one which is strong enough yet not very hungry for power (uses only 60 watts or so). Basically it is almost as fast as radeon 7850 which uses twice the power. And it is going to be a big upgrade over your current one. That's why I recommend it.

On the other hand, if you got money to spare, want a powerful GPU and also don't mind buying a new PSU, go for XFX or Seasonic or Corsair RM PSU, at least 550W. In that case I can recommend Nvidia GTX 970 which is awesome for the money.
