Graphics Card Help

Solution
personally a 970 is the best option for a single card on 1080p.

yet the GTX 960 has the capabilities of maxing out games too on 1080p for $200 U.S

Running 2 gtx 960's for the cost of $400 would give you a big advantage, yet the only bad side is that the 960 offers 2GB V ram while the 970 offers 4GB

Solution
single gtx 960 is OK for 1080p gaming if you are on a budget .
but if you have more cash gtx 970 is the way to go .
two gtx 960s are not worth the money due to 128 memory bus and 2gb VRAM
and generally not very good sli performance .
single gtx 970 is much better solution for 1080p gaming .

Go with an R9 285. Beats out the GTX 960 and will throw you a couple more frames ultra at 1080p and at a resolution of 1960X1080. Probably will save you some money for other things.
