Will a GTX 750 EVGA work on a acer g43t am motherboard and a Core 2 quad 9550?

Ofcourse it will work.

Just make sure that you have a min 300W PSU.

According to the NVidia site, this card needs a minimum of a 300 Watt power supply, with a current rating of 20 amps on the +12 volt rail. A standard Dell 350W power supply has 25 amps on the +12V rail. Total power draw is just 55 watts, well under the 75 watts the PCI-e slot delivers. So you can put this card into many desktop systems without the hassle of upgrading the power supply or concerns about cooling.
