Hello,
I recently got my laptop fixed because during a windows update, it froze for a couple hours, and so I shut it down. The guy who fixed it, installed Windows 7, whereas I had Windows 10 before the repair. However, know when I try to run certain programs, such as cs: go, or any other game, it shows that I am in-game, although it does not open up the game, nor appear on my taskbar. When I asked a friend, he told me to try and update my video card drivers, but when I checked in Device Manager, it shows "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter," which means that my pc cannot recognize my graphics card and monitor. Is there any way I can fix this?
Thanks

Edit: I tried to look up some drivers to download based on my video card (Intel HD Graphics), but when I try to install them, it says that my pc does not meet the minimum requirements, which is odd, because I'm sure it does.

Sounds like your trying to install drivers that are intended for a different model, or you may be using the wrong Dell site for your region.

Go the Dell website that serves your country, then type in your laptop's Service Tag which should be printed underneath it.

UK Dell Support site: http://www.dell.com/support/home/uk/en/ukdhs1

For other regions, scroll to bottom of page, and on the right-hand side click "United Kingdom".
The correct drivers for your laptop are on your laptop maker's website - - all you need to know is the full model name of your laptop.

Do not get the drivers from anywhere else.

It is possible that Windows 7 may not be supported on your laptop model if it came with Windows 10 pre-installed, but you won't know until you visit their website and see what drivers there are.

Thanks, it originally came with Windows 8, but do I download the Windows 7 drivers, or the Windows 8/10 ?

Also, when I try to download the drivers ( I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15), it says my computer does not meet the minimum requirements, for both Windows 7 and 8 drivers.
